These systems are specifically designed to be used with EPAC Cold, Mid-Temp and Ovenable Bags.

EPAC TAPE SEALER:

EPAC Heavy duty tape sealer EPAC Hot Plate Sealer. 110 Volt Power 3 amp required

EPAC Semi-Automatic band sealer for Ovenable and Cold Bags. Electric power required.

Repair parts for all EPAC Bag Sealer available.

EPAC TRANSPORT EQUIPMENT:

Insulated transport bags, various sizes. All Velcro closures. Room transport wagons etc.

EPAC Ozonator:

Ozone generation machine to sanitize fresh fruits and vegetables. 99.9% sanitizing with simple washing of fresh fruits & vegetables with Ozonator. Kills E.COLI and 99.9% of other contaminates on contact. Works in pot sink.

EPAC BAGS:

All bags are packed 250 per wire wicket. Bags are packed in 5,000 or 3,000 bags per case.

EPAC Bags are mounted on wire wickets for loading ease and speed.

Wire wickets are inserted in EPAC Bagging equipment, filled with contents, then tape or heat sealed using EPAC Sealing equipment

EPAC COLD BAGS:

Bags available in various sizes. made of Linear Low Density Poly. Bags are Crystal Clear. EPAC cold bags are used to package chilled and room temperature items.

EPAC MID-TEMP BAGS:

Bags available in various sizes. made of Blended Linear Low Density Poly. All Bags are Crystal Clear.

EPAC Bags are mounted on wire wickets for loading ease and speed. Bags are placed on EPAC Bagging equipment, filled, then tape or heat sealed using EPAC Sealing equipment. EPAC mid temp bags are used to package items packaged hot and held in warmer or on serving line.

EPAC OVENABLE VENTED HOT BAGS: Various sizes

EPAC Ovenable bags are made from Polyester film and are vented for steam evacuation. These bags are used to package chilled food items which then are heated in oven at temperature up to 400 °ƒ. Bags have one vent hole on front and back side of bag specially designed for proper steam evacuation.

EPAC OVENABLE MICRO-PERF HOT BAGS: Various sizes

EPAC Micro-Perf bags are made from Polyester film and have 180 Micro Perforations per sq inch for steam evacuation. This evacuation allows bagged items to Brown and Crisp in the bag. It is recommended that oven temp be between 375­ 450°ƒ. for best results. Adjust temp and time for optimum results.

ALL EPAC BAGS ARE CONVERTED FROM FDA APPROVED FILM IN FACILITIES IN THE U.S.A.

EPAC SEALING TAPE:

COLD TAPE: 7 Colors of tape to choose from. Red-1402R, Green=1402G, Blue=1402B, Yellow=1402Y, Orange=1402O, White=1402W. Tan-1402T Each roll of tape will seal approx 3600 bags. Cold Tape is not approved for temp above 220 deg.

HOT TAPE: Clear only Hot=1402H. Each roll of tape will seal approx 1800 bags. Temp to 400 deg. Tape is sold by the roll or by case of 96 rolls.
